Terrible Landlady

The landlady is not welcoming at all. She shout on tenant at every slight mood switch she can decide not to pump water and threaten tenant to park out. Water comes from her compound she increase house rent every two to three years by 50%>. Her house is the most expensive house on the street and yet no facility to enjoy. At over 2 million for 2 bedrooms and over 1 million naira for mini flat no personal prepaid. She'll pretend to be a good person at first once you move in she display her other side. Within two years of my stay over 8 tenant park out of her property and once they park out she double the rent for the next new tenant. Research shows that's her way of making money cause the incoming tenant will pay more both agent, caution, damage and agreement fees
